If you are thirsty, you drink water. If you are on a cleansing diet, you may drink plenty of water and vegetable juice to flush out the trapped poisons from the body. TIPS FOR BETTER LIP PLUMPING If your body is flushing out too much water and your lips won’t plump fully, add electrolytes rich-foods to your regimen. Electrolytes your body needs include sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and phosphate. Here is a list of great foods rich in electrolytes: bananas, potatoes, sweet potatoes, avocados, yogurt, coconut water, seaweed snacks, pickles, electrolyte beverages, milk, and bone broths (collagen).
